Diego Junqueira

Diego Junqueira is an editor and reporter at Repórter Brasil, where he covered the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing primarily on vaccine production and public spending.
Junqueira served as a reporter, special correspondent, and editor at Portal R7, covering health, international affairs, and the economy.
He has contributed to Red Palta (a network of Latin American journalists for transparency and anti-corruption) and to The Guardian (U.K.), Ojo Público (Peru), and Revista Perfil (Argentina).
Junqueira holds a degree in journalism from the University of São Paulo (USP), studied abroad at the Universidad Simón Bolívar (Venezuela), and has additional training in digital journalism from the International Institute of Social Sciences and in journalism for peace from the Histadrut International Institute (Israel).
