Cary Aspinwall


Cary Aspinwall is an investigative reporter at The Dallas Morning News. She grew up in Colorado, Texas, and Louisiana, and has a journalism degree from Oklahoma State University. In 2015, her reporting on flaws in Oklahoma's execution process was named a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize in Local Reporting, the Anthony Shadid Award for Journalism Ethics, and the Scripps-Howard First Amendment award.
