Annabeth Edens

Annabeth Edens currently works in the Education Technology industry, but spent six years as a middle school social studies teacher and one year as a high school administrator. Her work with the Pulitzer Center and The 1619 Project, completed while she was still in the public school system, focused on curriculum mandates and student voice. In her position as a Curriculum Framework Specialist now, she tracks national mandates and develops frameworks for teachers to ensure high quality, anti-racist and anti-bias coursework. She is located in Lexington, Kentucky.
