Ana Buling
PULITZER CENTER ALUM
Ana is a senior at the George Washington University, where she is pursuing a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication in the School of Media and Public Affairs. She is also a graduate of Atlanta International School, where she received a full International Baccalaureate diploma as well as an additional diploma in the Serbian language. Raised in Serbia, Macedonia and the United States, Ana came to the Pulitzer Center with a strong interest in international affairs and human rights as well as the media coverage of crises and conflicts in Eastern Europe and around the world.
At GW, Ana is a reporter for The Hatchet, an independent student newspaper. She has previously interned for Amnesty International and United Macedonian Diaspora.
Ana served as an intern with the Pulitzer Center during the spring of 2012.
