Aleszu Bajak is an award-winning data journalist based in Ohio. He has been a senior data reporter on USA TODAY's data team, part of the newspaper's national investigative unit, the director of data visualization at the Urban Institute, and a senior writer at Undark magazine.
A former Knight Science Journalism fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, his work has appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, MIT Technology Review, and Nature.
