Luis María Lozano

Dr. Luis María Lozano is a scholar and researcher specializing in communication policy, human rights, and the regulation of digital technologies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in communication sciences from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), a specialization in human rights and communication, and a PhD in human rights. He is an adjunct professor of international communication policy at UBA’s Faculty of Social Sciences and a researcher at the Observatory on Communication and Rights (DERCOM). His work focuses on communication rights, freedom of expression, artificial intelligence governance, and digital rights from a human rights perspective.
