Ksenia Mironova

Ksenia Mironova is a journalist, documentary filmmaker, and researcher based in New York. Her work focuses on independent media, political repression, collective memory, and the consequences of war. Previously a television correspondent and podcast journalist, she now works on documentary film and international media projects.

Mironova is one of the protagonists of the documentary My Undesirable Friends by filmmaker Julia Loktev, which follows independent Russian women journalists in exile. The film premiered at the Berlin International Film Festival, won the Gotham Awards, and was shortlisted for the Academy Awards.
