Ava Echard
W&M REPORTING FELLOW
Ava Echard is a senior in the William & Mary - St. Andrews Joint Degree Programme, majoring in
international relations with a combined minor in studio art and art history.
Her writing and research interests lie in arts and culture, technology, global politics, and the environment.
Echard previously served as a Freeman fellow in Bangkok, Thailand, where she researched gender-based violence and climate change in Southeast Asia.
After graduating, she aims to continue to make writing and art a central part of her life.
