Join Pulitzer Center grantee documentary photographer Misha Friedman for "Informed Storytelling in Contemporary Russia: Analytical Photography Beyond the Facts," a public lecture at Ithaca College on Wednesday, October 28.
Friedman's lecture focuses on works that includes content from two of his Pulitzer Center projects addressing contemporary LGBT experiences and the impacts of corruption in contemporary Russia.
Friedman also will teach a workshop for a group of advanced photography students during his visit to the campus. The lecture is organized by the Department of Media Arts, Sciences and Studies with support from the Departments of History and Politics and the Center for LGBT Education, Outreach and Services.
