Join the National Association of Hispanic Journalists on Friday, July 2, 2021, at 11:00am EDT for a discussion on the multiple expressions of photojournalism. Pulitzer grantee Anita Pouchard Serra will talk about how visual language impacts breaking news. This workshop will explore the ethical, creative, and methodological challenges of long-term photojournalism. 

  • Anita Pouchard Serra is a French-Argentinian photojournalist, visual storyteller, and a National Geographic Emergency Fund Recipient. Her most recent Pulitzer Center-supported project, Empowered Household Workers in Argentina, investigates issues of migration and gender equality through the stories of how female household workers were economically impacted by the pandemic.
