Global Health Reporting: In the Field with the Pulitzer Center and Pamoja Together

Join us Thursday, November 14, to discuss global health reporting featuring Pulitzer Center Contributing Editor Kem Sawyer and the 2013 Boston University student fellows: Lusha Chen and Kerstin Egenhofer.

Chen (College of Communications) traveled to Myanmar to report on bride trafficking to China, and Egenhofer (School of Public Health) traveled to Malawi to report on the success of cash transfers in improving the well-being of the poorest households.

Meanwhile, eight other BU students representing Communications, Public Health and the College of Arts and Sciences traveled to Kenya to collaborate with Kenyan students to tell stories of foreign development assistance as part of the Pamoja Together Student-Powered Foreign Aid News Network.
