Schulte's address is entitled "Telling Better Stories: Promoting a Sense of Global Citizenship and Shared Understanding with Pulitzer Center Journalism." His presentation will focus on the work of the Pulitzer Center in the fields of global journalism and education, and how it relates to conflict resolution. The Pulitzer Center's innovative, multi-faceted approach to international journalism and education provides sustained attention to too often ignored issues, allowing journalists to cover under-reported stories abroad and share their first-hand accounts with students in schools and universities across the United States.
