West Virginia has long been ranked as one of the least healthy states to live in.
Pulitzer Center grantee Caleb Hellerman will speak with students during a three-day visit to William & Mary, one of the Center's Campus Consortium partners.
In addition, with grantee Stephanie Hanes and Ann Peters, the Center's director of university and community outreach, Hellerman will participate in the Sharp Seminar on September 8. The seminar is a for-credit course opportunity for William & Mary students to turn their academic interests into journalistic articles and to write for a public audience.
