SECTIONS
  1. What are some of the problems Syrian refugee children face? What are volunteers and aid organizations doing to combat those problems?
  2. What do the Syrian children in this story have in common with you and your childhood? How are they different?
  3. Find out which countries in the world are currently hosting Syrian refugees. Split into groups and have each group research one host country. Who hosts the highest number? Who hosts the fewest? How does each country treat its refugees (what rights do they have; what resources are provided for them)? If you were president of one of these countries, what would you do?
