As the government of Egypt remains at a critical point, and protests have only increased in size and intensity, Egyptians abroad are expressing their unity. On Saturday, some 450 protesters participated in chants, flag-waving, and creative sign-making to call on the American government to take a stand against President Hosni Mubarak. In a two-hour event organized on Facebook, most expressed support for the people of Egypt while some gathered to support the people of Tunisia and other North African nations.
