DYING for LIFE Gateway and Maternal Health writing contest featured on Women Deliver website

Today the Pulitzer Center, a nonprofit that sponsors and produces award-winning international journalism, launched a new interactive site focused on maternal mortality issues, "Dying for Life".

To increase engagement with global maternal mortality issues, They are also partnering with the writers' site Helium to sponsor a writing contest about maternal health.

Each time someone writes about this topic, it demonstrates in-depth engagement with this vital global issue. The Pulitzer Center has hosted writing contests in the past, including their last one on global water issues, which had over 100 qualified entries. For this contest on maternal mortality, please make sure you submit your entry by the deadline of June 24. The winner of the contest will be announced July 7.
