BIHAĆ and SARAJEVO—For thousands of migrants, to win "the game" means sneaking across the mountainous border between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia, and then seeking asylum in the "promised land" of Western Europe. Meet Zohaib Ali, 22-year-old student of mathematics and economy from Pakistan, who attempted "the game" 16 times, but never won.
