Simone Bruno

Simone Bruno is an Italian journalist who works in Latin America and Africa. He has been based in Colombia since 2003.
He is a correspondent for France24 (English service) and Arté, and a producer for Al Jazeera. Bruno was a writer for the award-winning documentaries Falsos Positivos and Ghosts of Medellin.
Bruno is a founding member and president of the International Press Association of Colombia (APIC). He was a lecturer in video journalism and investigative journalism at the Universities of Rosario, Los Andes, and Santo Tomás in Bogotá.
