Oluwaseun Hannah Anselm

Oluwaseun Hannah Anselm is an environmental chemist, researcher, and sustainability advocate whose work focuses on environmental pollution, climate change, and sustainable development in Africa.
She serves as a senior lecturer in the Department of Chemical Sciences at Tai Solarin University of Education (TASFUED) in Nigeria, where she is involved with research, teaching, and environmental leadership.
Widely recognized as a development-oriented scientist and climate education advocate, Anselm is passionate about advancing climate action, green innovation, and environmental literacy across Africa. Her work bridges science, education, and public engagement with a strong emphasis on empowering young people and institutions to contribute meaningfully to sustainable development and environmental solutions.
Anselm has led and supported several high-impact initiatives that promote climate awareness and sustainability dialogue. In 2024, she played a key role in organizing the Inter-University Competition on Green Chemistry, a platform that brought together students and young innovators to develop environmentally friendly scientific solutions and promote sustainable thinking within higher education institutions.
She is also the founder of the ACE Initiative for Sustainable Development and co-founder of MoreGreenPlus, an initiative focused on promoting green chemistry ethics and sustainability practices.
