Isabella Kolar is a reporter for Deutschlandfunk Kultur.
Born in Stuttgart, Germany, she studied Slavic philology, history of eastern and southeastern Europe, and political science.
She previously worked at Deutschlandfunk as a foreign correspondent in Moscow for DeutschlandRadio. Before that, she worked at SWR, where she reported from Macedonia and Ukraine, among other places.
