Daphne Chen

Daphne Chen is an investigative and data reporter for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Previously, she covered health and medicine at the Deseret News in Salt Lake City.
She spent a year on a fellowship reporting from Cambodia and also was a national data reporter for GateHouse Media, where she was part of a reporting team that revealed that state officials repeatedly sent children to live with foster parents accused of abuse.
Her work has been honored with several national awards. Chen grew up in Dallas and graduated from Columbia University.
