"Haiti's Lost Generation," produced by 2010 YouTube Project: Report winner Paul Franz, explores a critical issue in Haiti that has been overshadowed by the humanitarian crises which followed the January, 2010 earthquake. Even before the disaster, Haiti's education sector was in desperate need of reform. Now, post-earthquake, the obstacles to create a public, free and universal education system in the country have only grown higher. The full documentary and multimedia Web site will be released in December, 2010.
