Bhasker Tripathi

Bhasker Tripathi is an independent journalist based in India. For the last 10 years, he has been reporting on climate change, agriculture, environment, energy, and their intersections with society.
His work has been published in several media outlets, including Mongabay, Business Standard, IndiaSpend, Bloomberg, The Quint, and Scroll. In 2015, he was named one of the best young journalists from developing countries by the Thomson Foundation and the United Kingdom's Foreign Press Association.
For his climate change coverage in 2019, he was named India's Young Environment Journalist of the Year jointly by a nonprofit and an environmental initiative by the Swiss and Indian governments.
