Fighting Words Virtual Poetry Workshop

Please join the Pulitzer Center and Hemispheres: The International Outreach Consortium at University of Texas-Austin, on Saturday, March 20 at 10:30 am CT for an interactive workshop exploring how students can use poetry to respond to current events, make personal connections to global issues, and make their voices heard. The activities presented in this workshop can also be used to support students in submitting poems to the Center's 2021 Fighting Words Poetry Contest, where students can win cash prizes and publication.
