Population Connection will screen the documentary 'The Edge of Joy' in Seattle. The film follows the lives of Nigerian doctors, midwives, and families in order to shed light on the issue of maternal health. The free event will be held at the North Bellevue Community Center and is open to the public. A brief reception and discussion with filmmaker Dawn Sinclair Shapiro will follow.
