Join us on Tuesday, April 16, 2019, at South Dakota State University for a public lecture on the Pulitzer Center-supported project Interrupting Rape Worldwide by health journalist Sophia Newman.

Newman will share the outcomes of her reporting in the United States and South Africa on whether a method used to deter gun violence could be expanded to prevent rape and other acts of violence toward women.

In addition to this lecture, Newman's visit to this Campus Consortium partner will include classroom sessions and a panel discussion.
