Heroin deaths due to overdose in Virginia have nearly doubled from 2011 to 2013. The McShin Foundation, a non-profit, full-service Recovery Community Organization (RCO), works to provide recovering individuals with the tools they need to create a positive lifestyle for themselves and their families.
