Emma Davis, a graduate of the University of Richmond, centered her reporting for the Pulitzer Center on refugee assimilation in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Davis is the Don and Doris Shaffer Researcher at Type Investigations. Previously, she was a local reporter through Report for America with Richland Source in Ohio. During her undergraduate career, Davis was a two-time editorial intern with FRONTLINE, PBS's news and investigation series, and served as managing editor of University of Richmond’s independent newspaper, The Collegian. During her editorship, she also worked as a fellow for the Poynter Institute’s College Media Project. In 2019, Davis studied disinformation in Denmark and Belgium at the European Union Headquarters. Her work has also appeared in the Virginia Center for Investigative Journalism and Henrico Citizen.
