In a collaborative project, Human Rights Watch and the Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting investigate LRA atrocities in central Africa. With powerful photos, videos and other materials - including a direct appeal from the LRA's victims titled "Dear Obama" - project participants describe their findings and evaluate whether Obama's new strategy to tackle the LRA can bring success. The panel discussion will also feature Human Rights Watch researchers Anneke Van Woudenberg and Ida Sawyer. Pulitzer Center Executive Director Jon Sawyer will moderate.

Reception to follow. This event is free and open to the public. RSVP requested
