Koor Garang is one of the three "Lost Boys" of Sudan featured in Pulitzer Center-sponsored filmmaker Jen Marlowe's documentary "Rebuilding Hope." Forced to flee Sudan as a child, Garang eventually moved to the U.S. In 2007, Marlowe documented Garang's return to his native country. In this interview, Garang discusses his return to Sudan, the dire health situation there, and the upcoming referendum in which South Sudan will vote on whether to secede from the North.
