On Friday, June 14, 2019, please join the Pulitzer Center at the IRE Conference in Houston, TX, when we team up for a brown bag lunch with the Fund for Investigative Journalism (FIJ) to share tips on how to secure funds for reporting projects.

FIJ Executive Director Sandy Bergo and Steve Sapienza, senior strategist of collaborative news partnerships for the Pulitzer Center, will explain the nitty gritty of applying for grants and fellowships from both organizations–and will answer any and all questions.

Grab your lunch and then bring it with you for this one-hour session. We will provide drinks and desserts.

Learn more about this session, organized as part of FIJ's 50th anniversary celebration. FIJ's next deadline is September 23, 2019; Pulitzer Center has a rolling review of applications.
