Join Pathfinder International and Woodlawn Avenue Productions for a screening of The Edge of Joy

Set in Nigeria, this unique film captures the dramatic story of pregnancy and childbirth in a low-resource setting. Follow an ensemble cast of Nigerian doctors, midwives and families to the frontlines of maternal care, as they battle the second highest number of maternal deaths in the world.

Following the film, please join us for an interactive discussion with filmmaker Dawn Sinclair Shapiro.
