What responsibility does science have towards people in low-income countries who contribute to research? Dara Mohammadi traveled to Colombia to meet communities afflicted by Huntington's disease, an as-yet untreatable genetic disorder. International researchers might be on the cusp of a breakthrough and a way to treat the disease, but is there a plan to give back to communities in need who have contributed to research?
