Journalists and Pulitzer Center grantees Andre Lambertson and Anna Badkhen visited local classrooms in St. Louis to share their stories of reporting from conflicts in Afghanistan and Haiti. Lambertson and Badkhen were hosted by nearly 20 schools in five days, speaking with students about a range of topics, including difficulties reporting abroad and making connections with local residents.

As part of the national Women and Girls Lead initiative, the St. Louis-based Nine Network of Public Media interviewed Badkhen and Lambertson, and followed them into St. Louis classrooms as they presented their work.
